How to Confirm Inquiry to Order?

Change and modify and unconfirmed order( Inquiry /Abandoned Cart ) to an Order

Now that we have understood the difference between inquiries[abandoned cart/ unconfirmed order] and [confirmed] orders, let's understand how to convert an inquiry.

In QuickSell App, follow the below steps to see your Inquiries:

  1. Open QuickSell App and go to Orders

  2. Under the All Section, Click on the order

  3. Click on Confirm and Accept

  4. A popup will come for reconfirmation. You may choose to finally Confirm and Accept or Click on No and abort the conversion of the inquiry to order.

It is advisable to contact and conver these Inquiries to Orders immediately upon receiving notification. Upon receiving telephonic/ whatsapp chat confirmation, QuickSell also allows to Share/Send the Order Details to Customer.
