How to mark out of stock or delete items to your order post confirmation ?

Order modification : delete items from a confirmed order or mark out of stock.

Remove items from the Order Page on either customer request or due to unavailibility of a particular product (usually owing to inventory damage or misplace)

Delete Items

  1. Click on any item from the Order Items List

  2. It is optional to mark the item Out Of Stock (Highlighten in Pic 2 with orange rectangle) - this will show the product as out of stock in catalogue

  3. Click on Delete icon on the top-right of the screen

  4. A popup will apper to confirm the deletion, it is optional to click on the checkbox if you wish to add the item back to your inventory count; click on DELETE button.

The Product has been deleted and inventory will be automatically updated.
