How to integrate with your shiprocket account ?

Often it is seen that Business owners operating in a B2C or D2C model struggle with hassle-free, end-to-end integrated shipping solutions. Similar problems might also come to retailers planning to start their online selling.

In order to make this easy, QuickSell has integrated with ShipRocket-eCommerce Shipping Made Easy.

ShipRocket is India’s #1 eCommerce shipping solution trusted by over 1 Lac brands and entrepreneurs. In order to integrate with Shiprocket, please follow the below steps.

In the Mobile app-

Step 1 : Tap on the Store button at the bottom of the all-catalogs screen

Step 2 : Scroll down to the Settings section

Step 3 : Tap on Shipping

Step 4 : On the Shipping Cost Settings screen, toggle the Shiprocket option


On the Web version-

Step 1 : Go to the Account settings from the menu at the left of the screen

Step 2 : In the Basic section, click on Shipping Cost Settings

Step 3 : Toggle the Shiprocket option

Step 4 : Once you're on this screen, tap on click here to access your Shiprocket API credentials and you'll be redirected to Shiprocket's dashboard.


Step 5 : If you already have an account with Shiprocket, log in to your account, or if you are new to Shiprocket, you can register an account with them

Once done, you'll be redirected to the Configure screen.


Configuration on Shiprocket Dashboard

Step 1 : You can reach here from Shiprocket's dashboard as well by from the Settings button on the menu at the left-hand side > API > Configure

Step 2 : On the Configuration screen, click on the Create an API User button

Step 3 : The Create API User dialog will open up where you need to use an email ID that's different than the one you've used to register your Shiprocket account

Step 4 : Set up a password and click on Generate API credential

Step 5 : Come back to QuickSell and enter the credentials generated and click on Enable


Note: Please ensure that you have Weights added for each product for Shiprocket to calculate the shipping cost correctly.
