To enable payment gateway, you need to have the KYC done and getting your website live.

In this section:

  • Completing the KYC

  • Taking the website live


  • Go to More section from the main screen

  • Go to Payment Gateway Settings

  • Click on Cards/ Netbanking/ Wallets/ UPI

  • Fill in your Personal details, Business profile and Bank details

  • Click on the ENABLE button at the end of the form

  • KYC form will open up wherein you'll be required to upload your GST document (if your business is registered), Shop establishment document (if your business is not registered), PAN card

  • After filling the form, login to your Razorpay dashboard

  • Go to My Account at the bottom left of the screen

  • Update all other details necessary for completing KYC such as address proof, details about your business model and the products/services for which you need the payment gateway


  • List a minimum 5 products

  • Pricing of the products

  • Connect a domain name

  • Publish the catalogs on the homepage

  • Add Terms and conditions, shipping policy, return and refund policy and Privacy policy pages

  • Add Contact us and About us pages

    Note: This is a basic checklist for getting the payment gateway activated, however, Razorpay might ask for some documents for further clarification through an email. Please keep an eye on your inbox for any such emails from the Razorpay team.
