Groups are an important way to manage privacy and bulk SMS sending through QuickSell. In the following post we will cover using groups in QuickSell.

Creation of groups

  1. Tap the Options menu on the top right hand corner of the All catalogues screen.

  2. Select the Settings option in the Options menu.

  3. Select the Customer groups option in the Settings screen.

  4. Tap the Add button on the bottom right corner of the Customer groups screen.

  5. You can now name your catalogue and then tap the Continue button on the top right hand corner of the Group creation screen.

  6. Select the contacts that you wish to add into this group and then tap the Continue button at the bottom of the Contact selection screen. Your group is now created.

Deletion of groups

  1. Open the customer group screen by following the steps mentioned in the Creation of groups section.

  2. Select the group that you want to delete by long pressing it.

  3. Tap the delete icon on the top right corner of the Customer groups screen.

  4. Tap the Yes button on the delete pop-up that appears.

Editing members within a group

  1. Open the customer group screen by following the steps mentioned in the Creation of groups section.

  2. Select the group that you want to edit.

  3. You can add contacts by tapping the Add button on the Group editing screen.

  4. You can delete contacts from within a group by tapping the delete button as highlighted in the Group editing screen

Searching for a member in a group

  1. Open the customer group screen by following the steps mentioned in the Creation of groups section.

  2. Tap the group that you want to search for a member in.

  3. Tap the Search button on the top right hand corner of the Customer groups screen.
