A common issue that many customers face when using the visitor analytics features in QuickSell is the frequency of the number of catalogue visitors who are listed as "Someone". This can be easily solved by following the instructions in the post.
Solving the Someone issue
Select the catalogue that you desire to improve the visitor analytics for.
Tap the Options button on the top right corner of the Catalogue Screen.
Select the Catalogue Settings option from the Options Menu.
Enable the Request Visitor Identity button. Now your customers will be required to provide their name and phone number after viewing your catalogue for 15 seconds.
