In certain cases you might find that customers are hesitant to click on links that you have shared across, this can be easily remedied by sharing across a brochure that will contain prominently displayed products from your catalogue.
Sharing a brochure
Open the catalogue that you wish to share with your customer.
Tap the Share button in the center of the Catalogue Screen.
Select the WhatsApp logo in the Sharing Menu Screen that pops up.
Ensure that you have selected the Share brochure option in the following Sharing Menu pop up and then tap the Share brochure button on the bottom of the menu.
This will now open WhatsApp, where you can search for the customer you want to share the brochure to and then share it across. The Customer View Screen provides an example of how this could look.
When you customer taps the brochure it will be opened via a PDF reader, you can see the customer view on the last image of the above posted photoset. All the customer has to now is to tap the Press To Open button and they will be able to view your catalogue.
