QuickSell allows you to maintain inventory not just on product level but on variant level as well.

Managing variant inventory from mobile app and web version
On the mobile app -
Open the desired catalog and then the product
Click on the Edit button at the bottom right corner of the screen to open the product editing screen
Swipe to the Inventory section
On the web version -
Open the desired catalog and then the product
Click on Inventory in the product page
In the inventory section, you can manage the following settings for each variant
- Stock availability
- Available quantity
- Out of stock visibility
- Allow orders on out of stock
Managing variant inventory through excel on catalog level
Go to the web version and login to your account
Open the desired catalog
Click on the Share button in the tool bar
Click on the Excel button to export the catalog
Open the downloaded excel file
Here you can see that there's a different row for each variant
The Available quantity column has their existing inventory levels and the number shown in the Parent product row is the total stock all the variants of that product
Now update the inventory for each variant in the Available quantity in their respective rows (changing the total number in the Parent product row is not necessary)
Save the file after updating the inventory for all the variants
Come back to QuickSell and open the desired catalog
Click on the Edit button in the tool bar
Select Add/Remove
Select Excel from the Upload new products dialog at the bottom of the screen
Open the file with the product information from the file system
Bulk import product modal will open up where you need to map the excel columns with QuickSell fields.
After mapping the desired fields, click on Next
The Product Identifier will open -here you need to choose either SKU or Product title (whichever is unique for each product)
Click on Upload now.
