How to change the status of order?

Change order status to streamline operations.

Hours of manpower loss can be prevented by optimising the order management process and syestematically maintaining the status of the order as per the fulfillment status. Changes in status also helps business owners track the performance and efficiency while ensuring the smooth operation and timely delivery delights customers.

QuickSell App notifies you on every new order received. You will also receive and automated mail with the new order details on your registered email ID.

In the QuickSell App Orders Section by default all orders will be visible, follow the below steps to change the status for the respective sections

Quick overview of the entire order section and quick browsing between the Order statuses and exploring different options:



Accept/ Reject a Confirmed Order

  1. Click on the tick button to view all confirmed orders

  2. Click on on a customer to view all confirmed order of that customer

  3. Click on any order

  4. Click on the Accept / Reject Button on the bottom of the screen


    or directly click on the Drowdown below Order Status and change the Order Status to mark the order Accepted/ Rejected / Completed.


Complete / Reject an Accepted Order

  1. Click on the Thumb-up button to view all accepted orders

  2. Click on on a customer to view all accepted order of that customer

  3. Click on any order

  4. Click on the Mark As Complete Button on the bottom of the screen

    or directly click on the Drowdown below Order Status and change the Order Status to mark the order Rejected / Completed.
