Adding Product Images to QuickSell from cloud storage URL like Google Drive, Dropbox
In case you have the product images stored in Google Drive, Dropbox, or any other cloud storage instead of having them on your device, you can simply add their downloadable links in excel and the images will be uploaded along with the rest of the product information.
How to add links-
If you're using QuickSell's template, you already have a column named Product Picture URL. In case you're using your own excel or have multiple images for a product, simply add a new column for the image links.
All the images for one product should be in a single row but each link has to be in a different cell
While importing the excel on QuickSell, map these columns with Product Picture URL
Applying Taxes on products
In order to apply a tax on your products, you will have to add two columns -
1. Tax type - Name of the tax (for example - GST, VAT, etc)
2. Tax Percentage - The tax percent that has to be applied (for example - 5%, 18%, etc)
Note: You can have a different tax profile for different products
Please do not add a % sign while adding the tax percentage.
Mapping while importing the excel file on QuickSell:
Adding product weight for shipping cost calculation
While adding a weight,
The value has to be in either Kilograms or Pounds.
For example, if the weight of the product is 100 grams, the value to be entered is 0.1Do not mention the weight units like gms or kgs
Adding Tags/ Sub-categories
The process of adding tags is very similar to adding product picture URLs.
If you're using QuickSell's template, you already have a column named Product Tags. In case you're using your own excel, simply add a new column for each sub-category.
All the tags for one product should be in a single row but each tag has to be in a different cell
Special characters and line breaks should be avoided
