How to set up B2B-specific features on QuickSell - MOQ, MOA, Partial COD, Set-wise Ordering?

How to set up MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity. It’s a predefined minimum quantity set by the supplier for their products.

There are three different levels of MOQ settings in QuickSell:

Global Level MOQ :

Global Level MOQ allows you to set the minimum order quantity across all the products and catalogues uploaded in QuickSell.

Note: This will not apply to catalogues & products which have a different / pre-set minimum order quantity.

Steps to set the MOQ at Global Level via QuickSell App:

Step 1: Open QuickSell App

Step 2: Tap on the More button (bottom right corner).

Step 3: Scroll down to Checkout Settings

Step 4: Select Minimum Order Quantity option.

Global Level MOQ via QuickSell Web:

Step 1: Visit - https://web.quicksell.co and login to your account

Step 2: Navigate to the Account Settings button

Step 3: Click on Settings

Step 4: Click on Checkout Settings

Step 5: Select Minimum Order Quantity option and set the quantity.


Catalogue Level MOQ :

MOQ at Catalogue Level can be set irrespective of what is predefined at the Global

Level for that individual catalogue.

Step 1: Open QuickSell App

Step 2:Open Catalogue

Step 3: Tap on the Manage button

Step 4: Tap on B2B Settings

Step 5: Tap on Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) - Change & Save.

Steps to set MOQ at Catalogue Level via QuickSell Web:

Step 1: Visit - https://web.quicksell.co and log in to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to any catalogue

Step 3: Click the Catalogue Settings icon

Step 5: Navigate to the Minimum Order Quantity option

Step 6: Enter the desired quantity.


Product Level MOQ (including variants of products):

MOQ at the Product Level can be set independently, irrespective of what is pre-defined at the Global Level & Catalogue Level for that particular product.

Step 1: Open QuickSell App

Step 2: Open Catalogue

Step 3: Open any product.

Step 4: Tap on the Pencil (Edit) button.

Step 5: Set Minimum Order Quantity - Change & Saves

Step 1: Visit - https://web.quicksell.co and login to your account.

Step 2: Open any catalogue

Step 3: Select any product

Step 4: Click on the More button

Step 5: Set the desired MOQ and Save.


How to set MOA (Minimum Order Amount)?

MOA stands for Minimum Order Amount. It’s a predefined minimum amount set by you (supplier) across all products by default. Your customer would only be able to place the order with this predefined minimum order value.

Step 1: Open QuickSell App

Step 2: Tap on the More button (bottom right corner).

Step 3: Scroll down to Checkout Settings

Step 4: Select the Minimum Order Amount option.

Step 3: Click on Settings

Step 4: Select Minimum Order Amount

Step 5: Set the desired MOA.


How to set Partial COD :

The partial COD feature helps you (supplier) to collect a certain minimum and fixed amount against the total cart value.

For example: If your customer is willing to place an order worth Rs.5000/- and you set the Partial COD as Rs.500 then your buyer has to pay a minimum amount of Rs.500/- against their cart value and then the rest of the amount can be collect post the product is delivered / order is fulfilled successfully.

Note: Partial COD can only be used if you have activated your payment gateway and the KYC has been done successfully.

Step 1:Open QuickSell App

Step 2: Tap on the More button (bottom right corner).

Step 3: Scroll down to Payment Gateway Settings

Step 4: Tap on Partial COD

Step 5: Enter the amount you wish to collect as partial payment.

Step 1: Visit - https://web.quicksell.co and log in to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings

Step 3: Click On Basic

Step 4: Click on Payment Gateway Settings

Step 5: Switch on Partial COD

Step 6: Set the amount for Partial COD and save.


How to create a Set-wise ordering?

Set-Wise Ordering is an amazing feature for Bulk Ordering for a particular product, that helps you to define a “Set” with a certain number of quantities of that particular product. For example: If you (sellers) wish to create a set depending on size/price/box quantity, you can define the set and the set name.

Note: The buyer will be able to place the order in multiple of the set quantities only. However, the price will be shown on a per piece basis but the Bill Estimate will be calculated depending on the set cost - (per piece cost X Set Quantity).

Step 1: Open QuickSell App

Step 2: Open Catalogue

Step 3: Open any product

Step 4: Enter the details like Title/SKU/Price

Step 5: Toggle from “per piece” to “per set

Step 6: Enter/define Set Quantity

Step 7: Set Price : (Product per piece price X Set Quantity)

Step 8: Enter Set Name & Save

Step 9: To preview - Come back to the catalogue page & tap on the Customer View button.

Steps for Set-Wise Ordering via QuickSell Web:

Step 1: Visit - https://web.quicksell.co and log in to your account.

Step 2: Click on a Catalogue

Step 3: Click on any product

Step 4: Enter the details like Title/SKU/Price

Step 5: Toggle from “per piece” to “per set

Step 6: Enter/define Set Quantity

Step 7: Set Price : (Product per piece price X Set Quantity)

Step 8: Enter Set Name & Save

Step 9: Click on PREVIEW - check that product for set-wise ordering.
