You can also manage your inventory when browsing through your customers inquiry baskets. This allows you to quickly manage inventory on the fly if you hadn't updated the information earlier in the product details section.
Orders section inventory management
Open the catalogue whose inquiries you wish to see.
Tap the Inquiries box on the top of the Catalogues screen.
Select the customer whose inquiry you want to check
Select the basket of products that the customer has selected as shown in the Customer inquiry basket screen.
You can now see all the products that the customer has selected and can directly mark products out of stock by clicking the Mark out of stock button.
